From our base in Carlisle, our coach hire service is ideally situated to service Cumbria, South West Scotland, Northumbria, and beyond.
We pick up in Carlisle & en route to various day trip destinations across England
Once you have booked your trip(s) you will receive a receipt / confirmation of booking to your email. This will act as your ticket. We no longer send tickets in the post. You will find out your seat number on the day, we always sit groups together where possible.

Please note we will not be travelling through the lights, we drop off & pick up at FOXHALL CAR PARK. We depart Blackpool at 10:00pm
Itinerary
We will depart Jesmond Street depot at 12:30pm & The Halston Hotel, Warwick Road at 1pm and head to Blackpool. We will drop off passengers at Foxhall Village Coach Park *please note the coach will not be travelling through the lights*. The illuminations and the annual World Firework Championships will be taking place (subject to weather). The displays will take place over the beach front. The coach will pick passengers back up at Foxhall Village Coach Park at 10pm and head straight back to Carlisle.

Family run Irving’s Coach Hire was established back in 1965 by the late Mr Irving. The company started as Irving’s Minibus hire in Canal yard in Carlisle and then gradually expanded over 50 years to the successful business that it is today.
As the company grew Mr Irving moved to Jesmond Street and acted with great inspiration for the people of Carlisle when he started his own day trips.
Now we operate a fleet of 53 seater coaches & a 16 seater minibus for school runs, private hire, short breaks & day trips.
